My name is Faith Free, I am thirty-something, and the mom of a eight year old named Simon, and a five month old little girl, named Lillian. I have been married for thirteen years to Michael. We live in the Northeast Georgia Mountains.

In The Summer of 2001, my friend Leah and I asked my Mom, Carol, to teach us to sew. My Mom was thrilled, she had only been trying to get me interested in sewing since I was a little girl. As it turns out sewing isn't so bad after all !

I came up with the concept of Hag Bags™ in the Spring of 2002. I started by designing bags for myself, then my friends wanted them too. Soon, others who had seen my friends bags wanted them as well. I have been cutting, sewing and twisting wire handles almost nonstop ever since.

Each bag is cut individually, and sewn with care, paying special attention to detail. The wire handles on the handbags are twisted by hand, beads are added here and there to make each a one-of-a-kind.

All Hag Bags™ are fully lined, and have support in the bottoms so they will hold their shape.

I have named each Hag Bag™ style after my Mom, Grandmothers, Aunts, Nieces, Cousins, Girlfriends, my kitties and a few of my aliases. So far I have: Angela, Leah, Lucille, Viki, Carol, Brenda, Sheila, Lisa, Agnes, Mildred, Sybil, Tammy, Sarah, Abby, Patricia, Melinda, Kathy, Anna, Lindia Faye, Ruby Sue, Carolyn, Cecy, Linda, Mrs. D., Becky, Cristina, Sheka, Mimi, Connie , Gertie Mae , Minnie , Lulu , Kelly Ray , Daisy, Anita, Roberta , Coco
